    The fastest way to reach us. Our standard response time is up to 48 hours, however, this is usually much less, typically a few hours. Our managed customers with SLA have shorter guaranteed response times.

Support options

To be able to offer the low prices we have, our standard web hosting, wordpress turbo hosting and VPS plans do not include phone support. Support tickets are the fastest way to reach us, to identify you and to solve issues. If you need a more dedicated support, you can choose to add one of our managed services to your plans.

Our standard response time for support tickets is up to 48 hours maximum. Typically this is muh less, we usually respond within a few hours. This however can be affected by the current support workload. We prefer to be transparent to keep our customers satisfied.

Managed plans have different service levels, depending on your needs and reponse times. From simple monitoring to fully taking care of OS updates, security patching, phone support, etc. If your business needs this kind of security, we have it optionally available for an extra fee.
